Termos e condições gerais

  1. All characters, items, accounts and dragon coins are the intellectual property of Arthos2.
  2. We are not obliged to provide compensation for the loss of items, characters, accounts or dragon coins.
  3. Instructions given by the team must be followed.
  4. Anyone who does not follow the game rules (which can be found on our Discord) will be banned from the game and will not receive any refund.
  5. The client may not be distributed in whole or in part.
  6. The patcher may not be modified or used for any server other than Arthos2.
  7. Using the Arthos2 websites or the game through anonymisation services that hide the user's true IP address is only permitted if there is no intention to harm Arthos2.
  8. Any form of manipulative interference with Arthos2 is prohibited. In particular, the user may not use measures, mechanisms or software that can disrupt the function and course of the game. The user may not take any measures that could place an unreasonable or excessive load on the technical capacity. The user is not permitted to block, overwrite or modify content generated by the game administration, or to otherwise interfere with the game.
  9. Arthos2 is not liable for damages resulting from a breach of duty for which the user is responsible.
  10. Should any provision of this agreement be or become wholly or partly invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The statutory provisions shall apply in place of the invalid provision.
